This a collection of personal essays about Scaachi Koul growing up in Canada. She talks about her Indian family, racism, her relationships in such an honest and funny way.
I really enjoyed this collection. I found Scaachi's stories to be so funny and at times completely relatable.
She talked about so many tough topics such as racism, colorism, online harassment, sexual harassment and so much more. I laughed, I cried, and I generally found this book very entertaining.
I give this book a B+.
I devour worlds with each new book. I am making up for lost time as a late bloomer of the reading world.
