Theo is trying to stay on top of things. She is going to start auditioning for summer sessions for ballet. She is trying to get control over her eating disorder. But all that takes a step back when her childhood best friend is found after going missing for 4 years.
My heart broke for Theo.
Theo is not the most likeable character. She makes reckless decisions, she’s impulsive. She will be very polarizing character, readers will either love her or hate her.
She is one of the most authentic voices in YA.
This book talks about cheating, eating disorders, rape, and sexual assault. Theo is juggling through so many emotions. Her anger and confusion felt so raw and honest. She was also so vulnerable. My heart ached so much for her.
This was a beautifully written book about finding your self worth.
This was such a good book, I get it an A.
I devour worlds with each new book. I am making up for lost time as a late bloomer of the reading world.
