Lexi and Ava just wanted to cut back and have fun. When things didn't go right and someone need to take the blame they would say it was their fictional sister's fault. Now they share the Alicia alter ego, but when a boy who did them wrong is found death they begin to wonder if Alicia might be real.
In this true case of mistaken identity thriller we follow a pair of very privilege teens. Lexi is our main characters, who feels that she isn't as pretty as her identical twin sister. I am never a fan of a main character who is constantly putting themselves down while they literally have everyone telling them they are smart and beautiful.
So in case you couldn't tell, I wasn't the biggest fan of these characters.
I did like mystery element. I thought the author did a good job trying to keep us on our toes. I liked the mystery element and it was fun trying to guess who did it.
I gave this book a C.
I devour worlds with each new book. I am making up for lost time as a late bloomer of the reading world.
