Peter Schock and Kate Dyer had just met and must now were together as they somehow ended up traveling back to 1763.
I thought this was going to be a fun middlegrade story about two kids somehow going back in time.
This was not so fun. I wasn't a fan of either of the characters and I mostly found Peter and Kate to be very annoying. I understand this a middlegrade and that our protagonist are 11 and 12; however, they felt so childish.
Because I couldn't connect with the characters, I lost so much interest as the story continued.
I have the boxset for this series, but I am no longer going to continue.
I gave this book a D.
I devour worlds with each new book. I am making up for lost time as a late bloomer of the reading world.
