This is the third book n the Lois Lane series by Gwenda Bond. A group of teens with super human abilities are seen running around Metropolis. Lois and her friends must discover who they are and how they got their ability. And if that wasn't enough Lois might finally come face to face with SmallvilleGuy.
I am just in awe of this amazing series.
Lois Lane is one of my favorite characters. I love how she isn't afraid to investigate a story. She doesn't understand who these kids with the mystery abilities are but from the beginning she wanted to help them. She has faced some tough villains in the passed and she wants to make sure that the children are being treated well.
She has grown more as a friend as well. She wants to be able to help her friend through her failing relationship. Before Lois had a hard time being able to form these connections with others because she was constantly moving.
But my favorite aspect of this book was finally seeing Lois Lane met Clark Kent in real life.
I love that Clark finally shows up in real life and their relationship almost seamlessly transitions from awkward first meetings to fast friends to couple. That even though Clark is powerful, he never overshadows Lois.
This book was still very much about Lois and her reporting skills. I loved every minute of it. I hope this series continues.
I give this book a B+.
